All sales are final once a wash has been used

Single Wash Purchases

Unused washes may be eligible for review or refund at Champ’s discretion

Customers should report issues promptly after purchase

Service Issues

If you are unsatisfied with your wash:

Please contact us directly

We may offer a rewash or another resolution

Our goal is to make it right.

Memberships

Memberships may be canceled at any time (according to your plan terms)

No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing cycle

Billing continues until cancellation is completed

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly:
