CHAMP Car Wash Cares

Chittenden County is home, not only to Champ Car Wash, but also to our friends and families.  We like to take care of our own and have actively been involved in local fundraising and charity work for 30 years.

The following is a list of charities and organizations we have been involved with to give back to our community:

Andrew Parker:
He grew up in Hyde park, Vermont and graduated from Lamoille Union High School in 2006.  He enlisted in the Army a year later to serve his country and earn money for college.  he set his sights on becoming a history teacher.
His infantry was deployed to Afghanistan in June 2010, which stationed him to patrol November 20th driving a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle, when a roadside bomb exploded.  The blast left Andrew paralyzed from the waist down and with almost no movement in his hands and arms.  He was sent to recuperate and undergo physical therapy at a specialized Veterans Affairs hospital in Richmond, Virginia.
Home beckons...it's just not ready for him yet.
On April 21st, Champ Car Wash donated 100% of their proceeds from both of their locations, Essex Junction and South Burlington, towards helping make Andrew's home accessible to him when he returned.
